- Fabrication:
- Single spindle Swiss type screw machine.
- Special Features:
- Consistency in plating and cosmetics is critical for appearance with mating parts. This part must be free of chips and burrs to meet health and safety standards. Special tooling facilitated the machining of a unique undercut within the interior of the part (see photo cut-away detail above).
