- ± .001 inch typical with some dimensions held to ± .0002 inch.
- Finishes:
- No burrs allowed anywhere as small chips falling off the part could cause the lock mechanism to malfunction.
- Fabrication:
- Single spindle Swiss screw machine.
- Special Features:
- A ± .0002 dimensional integrity of the stem must be maintained through the de-burring process.
