- Description:
- Two shafts designed to fit together and to make a mechanism that can accurately provide vertical and horizontal movement to leveling equipment. The primary shaft (left) has two perpendicular holes drilled, one of which receives the secondary shaft. The hole dimensions on the primary shaft are critical in order to permit a snug fit of the mating parts yet allow for rotation.
- Dimensions:
- Primary shaft (left) measures 1.126 inch by 0.375 inch diameter.
Secondary shaft (right) measures 0.858 inch by 0.250 inch diameter.- Material:
- AISI 303 Stainless Steel.
- Tolerances:
- ± 0.005 inch with critical shaft dimensions held to within 0.0005 inch.
- Finishes:
- 32 RMS finish on all shaft dimensions.
- Fabrication:
- Swiss Auto CNC machine.
- Special Features:
- No burrs allowed anywhere.
