- Application:
- Pressurized hose assembly for conveying a gas.
- Description:
- Brass tubular part with heavy knurl at one end. The part has an internal 1/4-28 UNF internal thread at one end and a 5/16-24 UNF external thread at the center of the part.
- Dimensions:
- 1.44 inches in length with a 0.45 inch diameter measured over the knurl.
- Material:
- Brass alloy 360.
- Tolerances:
- ± 0.005 inch with some dimensions held to ± 0.0005 inch.
- Finishes:
- 32 RMS or better.
- Fabrication:
- Swiss CNC.
- Special Features:
- No burrs allowed anywhere. Machined dimensions are critical to allow for additional nickel/chrome plating thickness. Special modified thread dimensions enable the part to mate properly when assembled.
