- Description:
- A small brass cylindrical part with a diamond knurl at one end and precision cut threads on the body. Shown next to a one inch scale for size comparison.
- Dimensions:
- 0.575 inch in length with a 0.215 inch diameter over the knurl.
- Material:
- CDA 360 Brass.
- Tolerances:
- ± 0.002 inch with more critical dimensions held to ± 0.001 inch.
- Finishes:
- Bright Electroless Nickel finish.
- Fabrication:
- Multispindle Swiss screw machine.
- Special Features:
- No burrs allowed anywhere. Also, parts must be free of grease, chips, shavings, oil, and residual cleaning solvents. Plating tested to ASTM B571-91. Certificate of conformance required on all parts.
